Hello ND, purple pigments help neutralize yellow tones, but on very white hair, they can sometimes leave a temporary bluish or grayish tint. We recommend pausing the Purple Shampoo and using our regular Gray Hair Shampoo to help gradually wash out the tint. If you decide to try the Purple Shampoo again, apply it mainly to the yellow areas and leave it on for just 30 seconds to 1 minute before rinsing thoroughly.
